Ginger we beleive is a Quarter Horse mare, she stands about 15.1hh or so. She is sorrel in color and we think she
is about 9 yrs old. As you can see by the picture she has had some type of accident. She is currently under Chiropractic
care and it may be a few months before we can determine if she is even sound to ride. She has shown some improvment
since her first visit so we are hopeful. Ginger also has a knobby knee on the front right which does not seem to bother
her. We were told that this horse was the previous owners wifes barrel racing horse. Ginger is very sweet and
loves attention!!!! Ginger is nicely halter broke, ties, and trailers but since she is in rehab it may be some time
before we can even see if she accepts a saddle.
Ginger is currnelty not available for adoption unless the perfect home is found, one that will continue with
her rehab.
Ginger is currently located in Pinon Hills, CA

"A Litll Dazil Duya" or "Daz" as we call her was purchsed with funds collected through "Saving
Horses" inc. in Alpine, CA. She was found at a feedlot in Southern CA heavy in foal. She is a Registered
Bay Overo Paint and stands about 15.2 hh or so, she is 14 yrs old and we don't have a whole lot more info on her
other then she is due to foal anytime. Thank you to Saving Horses Inc., and the FOB's
for their financial support with this mare. Daz is currently in rehab till she weans her colt.
She is NOT available for either foster or adoption at this time. Daz is currently located
in Pinon Hills, CA

Ty is in rehab for headshakers and although his current foster home and all of us here at the rescue have tried just
about everything, we have come to the realization that he may not be fixable. Ty is a beautiful horse that stands 17hh
and is a retired hunter/jumper. He is a beautiful Chestnut with a large blaze and 3 white socks. He does trail
but has not been ridden much since he began shaking his head so he may need some refresher type work. He seems better
in the cooler winter months but nothing seems to solve the issue. His foster home is considering teaching him to pull
a cart as he only seems to shake his head when he has a rider on his back.
Ty is currently being fostered by a wonderful home but he is available for adoption. His adoption fee is
$400
Ty is currently located in Glendora, CA
